I could never understand the US stance against Cuba.

Sure it's a Communist country, but the Americans do billions in business every year with China! Why pick on a powerless little Caribbean country?

(Maybe because it IS powerless and little? a la Haiti, Grenada, Panama, Dominican Republic, et al)
